- Check-in: All guests must register with valid identification and provide a reachable phone number.

- Visitors: All visitors must be registered at reception. Guests are responsible for their visitors.

- Noise: Loud music, fighting, shouting and activities that disturb other guests are not permitted. The management must be aware of any parties.

- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside bedrooms and sitting rooms. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Indoor smoking attracts ₦50,000.

- Property: Handle all furniture, appliances and facilities with care. Any damage will be charged to the guest.

Furniture: Jumping, rough play or misuse of furniture is strictly prohibited. If you are caught a victim,it may attract a fine. 

- Cleanliness: Keep rooms and shared areas clean. Do not block toilets or drainage systems with inappropriate items.

- Electricity: Switch off lights, AC and appliances when leaving the room. Do not tamper with electrical installations.

- Swimming Pool: Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised. No running, pushing or glass bottles around the pool.

- Security: Keep your room locked and report any security concerns or lost items to reception immediately.

- Illegal Activities: Fighting, theft, drugs, weapons and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

- Check-out: Guests must check out at the agreed time and settle all outstanding bills before departure.
