  6. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM out of respect for all staying guests.

  7. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms past 10:00 PM.

  8. Pets are strictly prohibited on hotel property.

  9. Illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous items are completely banned from the premises.

  10. Guests are fully responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

  11. Room keys or keycards must be returned to the front desk upon checking out.

  12. Management reserves the right to evict any guest violating rules without a refund.

  • Payment & Pre-Check-in Policy: Full payment for room charges and applicable fees must be settled prior to check-in. Access to rooms will not be granted until complete payment is verified.

  • Smoking Policy & Penalties: All guest rooms are designated non-smoking. Violators will automatically incur a strict ₦20,000 deep-cleaning penalty fee added directly to their bill.

  • Cancellation & Modification Policy: Reservations must be canceled or modified at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to arrive will result in a fee equal to the first night's stay.

  • Valuables & Property Liability: Guests are advised to lock rooms properly and safeguard personal items. Management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to unmonitored personal belongings.
