  • Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

  • Illegal substances, hazardous materials, and firearms are forbidden.

  • Guests are financially liable for damage to hotel property or missing items.

  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Booking cancellations or modifications must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the standard check-in time. Late cancellations or failure to arrive (no-show) will incur a penalty equivalent to one night's room rate.

  • Strict Non-Smoking Enforcement: A mandatory default charge of ₦100,000 will be applied to the guest's bill for any violation of the non-smoking policy inside rooms or indoor public spaces to cover room remediation and deep cleaning.

  • Identification & Security Standards: Check-in requires mandatory verification of identity (ID card for Nigerian citizens; valid passport with STR visa for foreign nationals). The hotel reserves the right to decline entry to individuals without valid credentials.
