Welcome to T Brass Key Luxury Hotel & Suites. By booking or staying at our hotel, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment

* Full payment or the required deposit must be made before room occupancy unless otherwise approved by management.

* All room charges and incidental expenses must be settled before departure.

2. Valid Identification

* Every guest must present a valid government-issued ID or international passport during check-in.

3. Occupancy

* Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in the room.

* Additional guests may incur extra charges.

* Maximum room occupancy must not be exceeded.

4. Visitors

* Visitors are welcome only with approval from the Front Desk.

* Visitors must leave the guest room by 10:00 PM unless they are officially registered as overnight guests.

5. Smoking Policy

* Smoking is prohibited in all non-smoking rooms and indoor public areas.

* Guests who smoke in non-smoking rooms will be charged a cleaning and restoration fee.

6. Damage to Property

* Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of hotel property caused during their stay.

* The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for repair or replacement costs.

7. Noise & Conduct

* Guests are expected to respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum.

* Loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted.

* Management reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund for misconduct.

8. Valuables

* Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe or hotel safe where available.

* T Brass Key Luxury Hotel & Suites is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas.

9. Lost & Found

* Lost items found on hotel premises will be kept for a limited period.

* Unclaimed items may be disposed of after the retention period.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

* Cancellation policies depend on the room rate selected at the time of booking.

* No refunds will be issued for early departures unless approved by management.

* Failure to arrive without prior notice may result in the reservation being cancelled and applicable charges applied.

11. Safety & Security

* Guests must comply with all fire safety procedures and emergency instructions.

* The possession or use of illegal drugs, firearms, or dangerous weapons on hotel premises is strictly prohibited.

12. Pets

* Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from hotel management.

13. Housekeeping

* Housekeeping services are provided daily.

* The hotel reserves the right to enter guest rooms for cleaning, maintenance, safety, or emergency purposes.

14. Liability

* The hotel shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

15. Right to Refuse Service

T Brass Key Luxury Hotel & Suites reserves the right to refuse accommodation or remove any guest whose behaviour threatens the safety, comfort, or well-being of other guests, staff, or hotel property.
